FAQs: Tradestands

Thanks to everyone who came to our Stallholders Sessions before we opened this years books.  Here's a precis of the questions and answers from these sessions

  1. How do I book a stall?

You can book your stand online this year, and you can either choose to pay for everything at the same time or spread the payment over three months.   Click here to apply

  2. Can you to book more than one type of stall, e.g. a wooden hut and a stall in the Third Sector Hub?

Yes; email us for a chat before booking.

  3. Can you book a space the same size as a traditional stall in the Third Sector Hub?

The measurements are slightly different but you can book a very similar sized space in the Hub

  4. Is there electricity in the Hub?

You’ll need to book your electricity separately if you want a designated supply to your stand in the hub.  You can do this as you book your stand or email us for advice.

  5. Will the wooden huts appear on the map for visitors?

Yes; we’ll make sure they’re on the 2023 map.

  6. Is it possible to book a stall for just a day or two?

A stall must be booked and paid for for the duration of the Eisteddfod.  The only exception would be working with another organisation in an area such as the Hub who may be offering a space for different organisations and charities during the week.  The Eisteddfod will not be involved in this.

  7. Do you offer specific camping for stallholders?

No, we don't currently offer this.

  8. Is there overnight security at the Hub?

The Hub is on the security team's night circuit, but there’s no specific officer in the Hub itself.

  9. When does the overnight security start at Artisan?

Overnight security will start on Thursday.

  10. Can a large space at the Hub be booked to be shared between different charities?

Yes, get in touch to chat about this.

  11. How much does WIFI cost this year and how do I book?

The WIFI service is a commercial service offered by STEM Communications.  We’ll provide the information on how to book once you’ve paid for your stall.

  12. How many tickets will we receive with the stand?

    We’ll confirm this shortly.

  13. What are this arrangements for set-up and pull-down this year?

Set-up details will be similar to previous years, with access to the Maes from Wednesday onwards.  We’ll confirm the pull-down details once the Maes plan is in place and the programme has been finalised.
